Dorchester Two Facility Report for October

• 1,430 work orders have been completed since the last Dorchester Two facilities report. 
• Setup complete for portable for the temporary Rollings Band Room.
• First phase to correct drainage issues at River Oaks has been completed. 
• Roof leaks at Eagles Nest have been repaired.
• Facilities' Tiger Team working on Learning Cottage refurbishment, removing old satellite dishes and grinding sidewalk tripping hazards.
• Roofing repairs complete on Learning Cottages at Rollings Middle.
• Lighting project at auditorium is progressing. The new ballast and bulbs have been installed.
• Fort Dorchester High's new gymnasium flooring is done and will be able to be used starting Monday. 
• Fort Dorchester High's classroom and cafeteria addition are on schedule.
