The annual Alice J. Cicenia dinner event by Dorchester County Democrats is Saturday, Sept 29.
At the Holiday Inn Express (120 Holiday Dr. in Summerville), cocktails and a silent auction begin at 6 p.m., with dinner, live auction and speakers starting at 7 p.m.
State Rep. David Mack (whose district now covers part of Dorchester) is keynote speaker. Other local candidates (including Miriam Birdsong/Dorchester County Council and Paul Tinkler/state senate) will address, also.
