The Democratic Parties of Berkeley and Dorchester counties are merging their monthly meetings this February to host a forum for two of their candidates.
Elizabeth Colbert-Busch and Martin Skelly will address the counties’ Democratic Parties at Madra Rua (2066 N Main St in Summerville). The meeting begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16.
Colbert-Busch and Skelly are both Democratic candidates for the upcoming special election to fill the 1st Congressional District seat.

Attendees can choose from a menu of items from $6 to $12 in price range at this table-service breakfast. There is no fee to attend.
