
Body Sculpting Boot Camp is an intense total-body 60 minute workout with our trainers. They will be held outdoors and indoors, and the activities and exercises vary every week. We have begun to incorporate boxing drills into our regular Saturday morning boot camps, so if you’re looking to switch up your routine with a workout that packs a punch, try our Boxing Boot Camp! We feature a different workout every time, so expect lots of variety for an effective and fun group fitness workout.
