A crime prevention effort known as National Night Out will take place at the Target in Summerville. Target is the national sponsor of the event, and will provide free face painting, fire trucks, car seat safety information, child finger printing, self defense demonstrations, a jump castle, hot dog cookout, and the Summerville Police and Fire Department. Parade will end at the Target store location between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
