Courtside Cookout by Trinity Catering is complimentary to the Pine Forest community, the event sponsors, along with the tennis players and their guest. These opening night festivities are held on Friday, November 4th at 6 p.m. Come out and see the pink sparkling affair and watch some great tennis, too.
A "Denim and Diamond" affair is our Celebration Party and Silent Auction, and everyone is invited to attend. It will be held on Saturday, November 5th at 7:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse. An admission of only $30 per person includes a chance to bid on fabulous items, entertainment by Ozone, delicious food catered by Eclectic Chef, and a cash bar.
The tennis tournament this year will be a USTA Sanctioned Men's, Women's and Mixed Doubles (no singles). Participants can enter two events (one at NTRP level play and the second, mixed doubles), but not two NTRP level events. If you enter two events you MUST BE AVAILABLE to play Friday night if needed - no exceptions. The entry fee is only $30 per player for first event and $20 per player for second event. Each player is guaranteed two matches and it includes an event hat, the Friday night cookout, and Saturday lunch.
