Rider`s briefing: 9:30am - morning briefing. All information concerning the ride is conveyed at this time

Ride out: 10:00am -11:00 am

Trail time: approx. 2-3 hours

Lunch: TBA

Awards: 3:00pm (approximate)

Saddle fit and Equine massage will be offered by Karen Iseman Chinnes of Catalyst Equine

Denise Moorer will be here with beautifully hand-made `Nice Things by Nee-C`...rope halters, tote bags, horseshoe creations

Menu:

Breakfast: Fruit, Bagels, Muffins, Juice, Coffee, Tea

Lunch: Southern Style

Ride Information:

Entries limited to first 100. Great prizes for 1st - 6th place Open/Pleasure/Junior divisions. See the FAQ page for questions regarding the divisions.

 

Fees payable online:

• CTC entry fee - $58 pleasure/$58 open/$25 junior/$40 Adult buddy
• New membership fee - $35 individual; $50 family of 2; $85 family of 4; additional horse - $10 ea.; additional rider - $10 ea.

Fees collected at check-in ( ie. meals, electrical hook ups and stall fees):

Trail fee: $10.00 per horse

Stall fees payable directly to Mark McElheney, manager of Middleton Stables:

$ 20.00 with paddock per horse/night

$10.00 paddock only per horse/night.

A cash jackpot for the open division ($20) and pleasure division ($10) will be available. See the website description for more information.
