How I became a Gamecock fan.

Okay, I don't care what people say, you can't cheer for both South Carolina and Clemson. In 1975, when I moved here from Florida, I learned that quick. At the time, I was more into basketball and all the Gamecocks games were on tv, so I became a Gamecock fan. However, the first college game I went to was at Death Valley, between Clemson and Maryland in the late 70's. Maryland won by a shutout, but you would never had known afterwards. Walking around campus, everybody was drinking (I think the legal age was 18) and having fun. The first game at Williams-Brice, was the year they upset FSU on national tv, I was hooked after that. Seriously, both are fine schools (don't tell anybody I said that) and are predicted to have great seasons. However, I'm looking for both to have a couple of stumbles and end up 10-2.
