Knightsville Family Displaced by Fire

A family of three is now displaced after a home fire Friday in Knightsville.

was dispatched at around 6:40 p.m. to 119 Regent St. on seen reported smoke showing from the single-family home, according to the Old Fort report.

The report indicated a "small fire in the outside wall." The fire started in in the living room from an unknown source, according to the report.

The exterior wall covering, made of saw wood, was the site of first ignition, according to the report. The fire did not spread beyond it's origin site. 

American Red Cross has provided temporary housing and emergency recovery needs.
