Summerville Police have arrested Antoine Hamilton, 22, of Goose Creek, after he allegedly tried to move a fire truck at around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. The fire truck was out on a medical call at The Grove Apartment complex, 325 Midland Parkway, when Hamilton allegedly asked the responders to move the truck due to it blocking his vehicle, according to Summerville Police PIO Maj. Jon Rogers.  When the truck was not moved due to caring for the patient, Hamilton allegedly entered the truck and put the gears in reverse, Rogers said. The airbrakes were not released and the truck did not move, he added.  According to Rogers, a firefighter allegedly told Hamilton to exit the truck and he was placed under arrest for interfering with public property.
