Republican Chair: Empowering Half the Population
Dorchester County Republican Chair Carroll Duncan talks Women's Equality Day, celebrating women's suffrage.

Celebrating the anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment (Aug. 26, 1920) — granting all women the right to vote — is especially significant in today's political, economic and social environment.

Women continuously demonstrate that we are capable of rational thought, forward thinking and sound judgement in all phases of our lives.

America is blessed that we embrace equality for all.
