Brandon Bouknight, 17, of Summerville was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute Oct. 4 after he allegedly brought 13 grams of marijuana to .

Tipped off from a student who "smelled of marijuana," Summerville Police questioned Bouknight, who agreed to have his possessions searched, according to the incident report. 

Police allegedly found nine baggies of the green leafy substance, leading to the intent to distribute charge. Bouknight was also charged with possession of marijuana within half-mile of a school.
