Summerville Shuts Out Berkeley, 13-0
Despite losing 59 yards to penalties and turning over the ball twice, Green Wave wins.

Summerville Green Wave scored just one touchdown Friday night, on a Dalton Saunders' pass to receiver Nigel Frierson.
But the TD, and two field goals by Parker Cleveland, was enough for the Green Wave to take a 13-0 road win over the Berkeley Stags.
The Stags completed only 38.5 percent of their passing attempts and lost 23 yards from rushing, as Summerville nearly doubled its opponents offensive yards.Â

Summerville also picked off two Stag passes, picking up 15 yards from the interceptions.Â
However, Green Wave tallied seven penalties, losing 59 yards in the game. The team also fumbled the ball five times, losing it twice.Â

Summerville Green Wave takes on the Goose Creek Gators 7:30 p.m. Friday at home.
