A single cask of Thomas Creek Oktoberfest beer that has been aged with salted pretzels and caramel will be tapped promptly at noon to commemorate the start of this year's Oktoberfest. This beer was sent to us especially for our Oktoberfest kick off, and will be gone by day's end. Thomas Creek Brewery reps will be present to celebrate with us as well. We have also partnered with Hummingbird Bakery and Cafe to offer some amazing Oktoberfest inspired beer brats and sauerkraut, and they have crafted a delectable beer cupcake to pair with our casked beer. Summerville's Mayor Bill Collins will be present to receive the first pour, as per Oktoberfest custom. And for every growler fill of any Oktoberfest beer, we will be giving away a free Oktoberfest stein (while supplies last). Join us in celebrating the start of this iconic fest with great beer, great food, and great merriment. This is one event you don't want to miss!
