Video: Gordon Gekko Talks to Undecided Voters
S.C. Forward Progress stages two anti-Mitt Romney stunts outside undecided voter forum in Charleston.
CHARLESTON — Count S.C. Forward Progress is a liberal group in the "anybody-but-Mitt" camp.
While undecided voters lined up outside the Sottile Theater in downtown Charleston for Fox News' candidate forum Saturday, the group had fictional character Gordon Gekko troll the crowd. They also parked a car near the building entrance with a stuffed dog and carrier on the roof.
Both are slights against former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who will take part in the forum that started at noon.

Gekko and volunteers holding signs emblazzoned with the slogan "Greed is Good/Romney Gekko 2012" shouted "Welcome to Charleston" and "Bain Capital's got nothing on Gordon Gekko."
Gekko, who would not break character, refused to talk to any press members that weren't part of the Wall Street Journal.

Some in the crowd engaged. One undecided voter lamented her choice of "jerks." Another told a volunteer to go back where he came from.
The volunteers holding signs "Dogs Against Romney" remained detached from the fray, letting the visual speak for itself. The "movement" was spawned out of a 1980s incident where Romney allegedly put his dog in a carrier and strapped it to the top of his vehicle for a 12-hour trip.
An unrelated protester also held up signs across the street, which detailed information on the national debt.
