Woman Dead After Ashley Phosphate Wreck
Tamara Shovonne Steward of North Charleston dies after pulling in front of an 18-wheeler, according to coroner.

Tamara Shovonne Steward, 29, of North Charleston died after a collision with an 18-wheel truck at around 8 a.m. on Friday, according to the Dorchester County Coroner Chris Nisbet.
According to his report, Steward was making a left turn from a strip mall onto Ashley Phosphate Road, near Dorchester Road, and pulled into the path of the truck, which collided with the driver's side of the vehicle.
Cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head, according to Nisbet.
