Authorities say a 39-year-old suspect, also wounded, now faces multiple attempted murder and aggravated assault charges, while state investigators review the fifth officer-involved shooting in South Dakota this year.
4. UJ Women's Volleyball Drops USF (newsdakota.com) — University of Sioux Falls volleyball fans saw a tough home loss as Jamestown swept the Cougars 3–0 at the Stewart Center in Sioux Falls. After a competitive first and third set, USF couldn't slow Jamestown's serving and balanced attack, dropping to 6–13 overall while the Jimmies strengthened their NSIC standing heading into next week's matches.
