Bailey Street Closure In Sioux Falls

Beginning on Thursday, May 28, 2020, Bailey Street will be closed between Minnesota Avenue and Summit Avenue.

This is the next phase of a project to reconstruct Bailey Street between West Avenue and Main Avenue. Improvements will include upgrading the water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, accessible curb ramps and asphalt surfacing. The project is anticipated to be complete by November 2020.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
