Lane Closure - Sixth Street

Beginning on Thursday, September 5, 2019, the eastbound left turn lane on Sixth Street will be closed west of Cliff Avenue to allow crews to perform traffic signal improvements. Eastbound traffic will be maintained in the eastbound through lane.

Once work is completed in the eastbound left turn lane, work will move to the eastbound through lane. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained at all times.

Work at this location is anticipated to be completed and the lanes reopened to traffic within two days with favorable weather conditions.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
