Sioux Falls Mill And Asphalt Overlay – Southeastern Avenue

Beginning on Thursday, April 23, 2020, the east leg of the Southeastern Avenue and Marson Drive intersection will be closed to traffic to allow for storm sewer improvements and construction of a valley gutter. The east leg of Southeastern Avenue and Woodland Hills Road will also be closed to allow construction of a valley gutter.

Eastbound traffic at Marson Drive will be directed north to 41st Street and eastbound traffic at Woodland Hills Road will be directed to 33rd Street. Southeastern Avenue will remain open with the east northbound lane closed. Traffic control will be in place.

This work is part of the Southeastern Drive Overlay project and is anticipated to be complete in ten working days.

Drivers are encouraged to reduce speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
