• 8th Ave, 21st to 24th Street Stormwater Improvement (bigcountrynewsconnection.com) — Lewiston is about to start stormwater upgrades on 8th Avenue between 21st and 24th streets, with construction running weekdays roughly 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Sept. 8. Expect traffic delays, sidewalk and curb work, and changing traffic patterns in that stretch while crews install new drainage structures to improve local stormwater management.
