• Investigation underway after 18-year-old critically injured following shooting in South Nashville parking lot (wsmv.com) — An 18-year-old was critically wounded in a shooting early Saturday in a South Nashville strip business center parking lot at Haywood Lane and Apache Trail, and police say he remains in life-threatening condition. Metro Nashville detectives are leading a homicide investigation, tracing how the victim was moved between locations and hospitals, and are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
