Neighborhood Spotlight: Learning A Little History About The Fort Wood District (chattanoogapulse.com) — Fort Wood's tree-lined streets just east of UTC hold layers of Chattanooga history, from Civil War earthworks and cannons to grand homes turned inns, clubs, and student housing. 3. Chattanooga Red Wolves score late, but fall to Sarasota Paradise, 3-2 (local3news.com) — Chattanooga Red Wolves fans saw a late surge fall short in a 3-2 road loss to Sarasota Paradise after weather delayed kickoff. Despite defensive lapses before halftime, the Wolves tightened up and scored in the final minute. They now return home this Saturday to host the New York Cosmos in the clubs' first-ever meeting.
5. Hot Luck Adds Mon Rovîa to 2026 Music Lineup at Mohawk (austinfoodmagazine.com) — A Chattanooga-based folk artist, Mon Rovîa, is headed to Austin's Hot Luck festival this October, bringing a sound shaped by his journey from Liberia to Tennessee. His growing national profile includes major festival appearances and an Americana Awards nomination, giving Chattanooga music fans another hometown name to watch on big stages.
