• Cookeville's $20 Million WestSide Overhaul Is Approved — Here's What to Know (ucbjournal.com) — Cookeville has approved a $20 million 39 Depot master plan that will reshape the WestSide with 365 new parking spaces, more green space, and traffic-calming, pedestrian-friendly streets. Stemming from a $3.2 million parking lot purchase, the project is expected to start delivering parking by next year and guide downtown development decisions for decades.
