• Columbia State, Franklin Fire Department to Launch EMT Training Program (williamsonsource.com) — Franklin firefighters and local students will soon have a new EMT Level I training option thanks to a partnership between Columbia State Community College and the Franklin Fire Department at the Williamson Campus. The program is designed to prepare current and future Franklin firefighters, strengthen emergency medical services across Williamson County and southern Middle Tennessee, and create career pathways that let young people train and work close to home.
