2. Roaches, mouse droppings, unwashed hands in latest Nashville, Nolensville restaurant inspections (tennessean.com subscription) — Health inspectors recently cited several Franklin and Nolensville restaurants for serious food-safety violations, including roaches, mouse droppings, dirty equipment, and unsafe food temperatures. While some establishments improved on follow-up, the report details suspended permits, discarded food, and repeated handwashing and sanitation problems that Franklin diners may want to review before choosing where to eat.
