Juliet Police say they found a Glock handgun modified for fully automatic fire and marijuana during a traffic stop. Officers report the teen tried to pass the gun and drugs to younger passengers, and they’re emphasizing how routine violations can uncover serious safety threats.
   

4. Tennessee high school football scores for Week 7 of TSSAA football 2026 season (tennessean.com subscription) — Gallatin football fans saw the Green Wave take their first loss of the season, falling 26-10 to Mt. Juliet in a key region matchup. The roundup also highlights dozens of other Week 7 TSSAA scores from across Tennessee, with more results still being updated.
