• Tennessee State Parks dedicates Dry Branch State Park (themountainpress.com) — Hohenwald residents are getting a new neighbor: Dry Branch State Park has been officially dedicated as Tennessee's 68th state park and is expected to become a future tourism and economic driver for the area. While the park isn't open to visitors yet, master planning is underway to guide public access and recreation while protecting its rare plants and permanently conserved 2,500 acres.
