The teen was taken to a local hospital, and investigators have identified a person of interest they are now trying to locate.
3. Federal judge dismisses Dahl suit against Johnson City (wcyb.com) — A federal judge has thrown out former prosecutor Kateri Dahl's lawsuit against Johnson City, ruling she failed to meet the required burden of proof. Dahl had claimed the city and former police leaders retaliated by not renewing her contract after she raised concerns about rape allegations involving Sean Williams.
