Dr. Steph Frye-Clark will perform in a Faculty Recital titled “Music Through a Queer Lens” on Friday, March 19, at 7:30 p.m. via YouTube.

Dr. Steph Frye-Clark is an assistant professor of tuba and euphonium in the ETSU Department of Music.
Frye-Clark, an assistant professor of tuba and euphonium in the East Tennessee State University Department of Music, will present a musical showcase exploring low brass artistic expression, gender and sexual orientation. This recital is comprised of works written exclusively by queer individuals with the exception of gay, cisgender men. These composers are pioneers in their field, as well as in their own life journey.
