ETSU Officials Condemn Placement Of 'Troubling' Flyers On Vehicles In Campus Parking Lots

The flyers were distributed without permission from the university.

East Tennessee State University has learned that flyers have been placed on some cars in parking lots on campus. The message of these flyers does not align with the mission and values of East Tennessee State University. These flyers were distributed without permission, and the placement of temporary signage on vehicles is prohibited by university policy. Our campus is a place of inclusion and a place where people are treated with dignity and respect.
