Sip around the world: Wine on the River returns to Nashville in September (fox17.com) — Wine on the River is coming back to Riverfront Park in downtown Nashville on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, offering unlimited samples of wines, beers, and spirits with river and skyline views. The festival supports downtown revitalization through The DISTRICT Nashville and 2nd Ave Strong, and includes live music plus food for purchase, rain or shine.

Nashville homeowner uses AI after ice storm (fox17.com) — A Nashville private investigator is still waiting to rebuild her ice-damaged home months after January's storm, and she's turned to AI tools to decode confusing insurance language. Her experience underscores how crucial it is for Nashville homeowners to read and understand their policies before the next tornado, flood, or ice event hits.

Florida officer on Nashville vacation saves woman hit by car during Broadway crash (newschannel5.com) — A woman struck by a car on Broadway in downtown Nashville survived in part thanks to quick CPR from an off-duty Florida police officer visiting the city. The crash on the busy entertainment strip drew help from multiple bystanders, and the victim's family later tracked down the officer to thank him for his lifesaving actions.
