One southbound 8th Avenue lane will stay closed through fall 2027, followed by multiple full-weekend interstate shutdowns into 2028, with officials urging extra travel time and caution in the work zone.

5. iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2026 Is Coming to Nashville: See the Full Lineup at Bridgestone Arena (nashvillelifestyles.com) — Nashville music fans can mark their calendars for December 17, when the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2026 brings Hilary Duff, OneRepublic, Nickelback, Teddy Swims, and more to Bridgestone Arena. Capital One cardholder presales run September 29–October 1, with general tickets available October 2 through Ticketmaster, and a portion of sales supporting the Ryan Seacrest Foundation's work in pediatric hospitals.
