More Than 1,000 Stolen Bottles Of Patrón Tequila Recovered
The entire pallet of Patrón Tequila is approximately worth $25,000.
LAREDO, TX — Roughly $25,000 worth of Patrón Tequila was recovered by police after the alleged thief tried to sell large quantities of bottles online. The pallet containing 1,014 bottles was stolen Sept. 19, the Laredo Police Department wrote on Facebook. On Oct. 4, the Laredo Police Department's Auto Theft Task Force tracked the bottles down to a home at 1900 Madison.
"Along with the stolen Tequila bottles, one .357 Taurus revolver, loaded with six rounds, was located inside the residence," LPD wrote.
In total, police retrieved "29 cases of Roca Silver worth $11,310, 17 cases of Gran Patrón worth $8,619, and nine cases of mini Patrón tequila bottles worth $4,860," lmtonline.com reported.
