Texas' Most Wanted Fugitives

AUSTIN, TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a $5,000 reward or more for information leading to the arrest of its nine most wanted fugitives. The department's fugitive of the month is 36-year-old Jared Luke Langley who is wanted on charges of burglary, evading arrest, and manufacturing a controlled substance, among other offenses.

Langley also goes by "Twisted" or "Twist" and has ties to ties to Montgomery County and Madison County, including the city of Midway, which was his last known address. The reward for information on Langley's whereabouts was raised to $12,500 for September, the department stated on its website.

One of the former top 10 most wanted fugitives was Keith Antonio Boynes, who was added to the list in June on charges of criminal sexual conduct and aggravated assault, among other charges. Boynes was arrested in early August after a tip was submitted to Texas Crime Stoppers. That tipster will receive $7,500, the department states.
