Video Shows Texas Church Gunman Shooting Kids In Head: Official
A U.S. official's account of the video footage aligned with what witnesses at the Sunday service reported.

SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, TX — Authorities watched video taken inside the First Baptist Church in Texas, during the mass slaughter on Sunday. The footage depicts Devin Patrick Kelley shooting parishioners, including children, in the head, a U.S. official said.
The official's account, given Wednesday, of the footage aligned with what witnesses at the service reported. The official wasn't authorized to discuss the matter publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.
Christopher Combs, the special agent in charge of the FBI's San Antonio division, said agents haven't been able to access the data on Kelley's phone. The unnamed official said it was an iPhone and, as of yet, the FBI has not requested Apple's help in retrieving data from the device.

One child died at a San Antonio-area hospital and the remaining victims all died at the scene, authorities said.
Authorities missed at least three opportunities to file paperwork that would have prevented Kelley from getting a gun.
