• Alamo appoints new city manager (valleycentral.com) — Alamo has hired Michael Leo as its new city manager, ending several months with the police chief serving in an acting role after the previous manager was terminated. Leo brings nearly two decades of local government experience, including leading Palmview and working in Pharr, and says he plans to focus on listening, supporting city staff, and strengthening services as Alamo continues to grow.
