Haven Health Clinics offering help with benefit applications at Amarillo libraries (newschannel10.com) β Haven Health Clinics is partnering with Amarillo Public Library branches to offer free, in-person help applying for programs like CHIP, SNAP, TANF, Healthy Texas Women, and cancer screening benefits. A patient navigator will be available every third Tuesday each month at Amarillo library locations, giving local families a regular chance to get one-on-one assistance with complicated benefit paperwork.

Amarillo College to host first community 'Conversations About Be-ing Human' series Wednesday (newschannel10.com) β Amarillo College is inviting residents to its first "Chautauqua: Conversations about Be-ing Human" program this Wednesday evening on the Washington Street Campus. The free 'My Generation/s' session runs 5:30β7:30 p.m. in the Oak Room and features faculty and student panelists exploring how different generations' experiences shape how we see one another and the world.

Panhandle teams see movement in latest high school football rankings (newschannel10.com) β High school football fans around Amarillo can see how area teams shifted in this week's state rankings, with West Plains and Wellington each jumping three spots after strong performances. Other Panhandle programs like Canadian, Gruver, Stratford, McLean, and Paducah also moved or held steady, setting up an important ranked matchup for West Plains against Lubbock Liberty on Friday.
