The store could receive a $10,000 retailer bonus, and lottery officials note only one top prize remains in this particular game.
   

• Truist bank cuts 205 jobs as it exits decades old lending business (miamiherald.com) — Regional Acceptance Corporation will permanently close its auto-finance facility on East Bardin Road in Arlington, costing about 205 employees their jobs between late November and February 2027. The shutdown follows Truist's decision to sell most of its near-prime auto-loan portfolio, part of a broader pullback from certain consumer lending businesses.
   

• These Texas universities ranked among nation's worst for campus free speech (dallasnews.com) — The University of Texas at Arlington ranked a relatively strong No. 53 nationally in a new FIRE survey on campus free speech, placing it near the top among Texas schools. Several other Texas universities fared far worse, with some receiving failing grades and drawing attention for high-profile speech and academic-freedom controversies.
