Arlington City To Reinstall Basketball, Volleyball Nets At Public Parks Starting Friday

Arlington Parks & Recreation will begin the process of re-installing basketball rims and volleyball nets throughout the parks system on June 5, 2020.

This follows the recent reopening of other city park amenities, including playgrounds, public restrooms and splash pads.

Please note, Arlington park visitors are encouraged to follow recommendations designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This includes practicing appropriate social distancing, washing your hands or using hand sanitizer after coming in contact with high-touch surfaces, and staying home if you are sick or a member of your family is ill.
