Owner Raja Raheel Khanzada opened the store about a year and a half ago after seeing viral videos of rolled ice cream online.
"The interesting part is, you have something that's a liquid and then you put it on a cold plate and it instantly freezes up," Khanzada said.

The center plate is a negative 19 degrees Celsius, causing the cream to freeze. Before it hits the plate, customers can choose a variety of add-ins, from breakfast cereal to chocolate cookies. If you're really looking to satisfy a sweet tooth, you can also have your ice cream creation served on a waffle.
Khanzada immigrated to the United States from Pakistan as a child. Now, as an Arlington business owner, he is truly living his American Dream.
"It's very fun to do business here. The people are great," Khanzada said.
If you'd like to try rolled ice cream, Rolling Ice is located at 713 W. Park Row Drive. Click here to learn more.
