Arlington: January 2021 Student-Athlete Of The Month: LaBroderick Scott

LaBroderick Scott, a senior on Lamar High School’s basketball team, has been selected as the City of Arlington’s Student-Athlete of the Month for January 2021.

Scott helped lead the Vikings to the second round of the playoffs his junior year, earning First-Team All-District and All-Region honors along the way.

“When it comes to playing basketball, he’s about winning,” said Terrance Lofton, Lamar’s Head Boys Basketball Coach. “He wants to do whatever it takes to win.”

Scott, whose favorite subject is math, plans on continuing his basketball career at the college level while majoring in mathematics.
