The Municipal Court continues to enforce strict social distancing and sanitation protocols in all public areas.

The City of Arlington Municipal Court remains open to the public and is following the normal business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Municipal Court continues to enforce strict social distancing and sanitation protocols in all public areas. The Court recommends wearing a face mask and only defendants or attorneys with official court business appear. Please do not bring additional family or friends.

No jury trials or juvenile dockets will be held until after May 31, 2020. Persons with one of these scheduled dockets will receive notice via mail with a new date and time of the reset.
Starting May 18, 2020, your court setting is scheduled to take place if you have been scheduled for one of the following dockets: non-jury trials, civil hearings, plea dockets, pre-trial hearings and motions hearings. Before coming to the Court, you may check the status of your violation and date/time of your hearing at https://www.municipalrecordsearch.com/arlingtontx or by calling 817-459-6777.
