City Of Arlington New Year's Day Service Schedule & Closings

From the City of Arlington:

Many City of Arlington municipal offices and facilities will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020, in observance of the New Year's holiday.

Residential garbage and recycling collection will not occur on New Year's Day. Collection will resume the following regular collection day.

Regular office hours and service schedules will resume Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020.

Special Hours

• Meadowbrook Recreation Center - closes at 3 p.m.
• Hugh Smith Recreation Center - closes at 3 p.m.
• Hugh Smith Indoor Pool - closes at 2 p.m.
• Cliff Nelson Recreation Center - closes at 3 p.m.
• Dottie Lynn Recreation Center - closes at 3 p.m.
• Elzie Odom Athletic Center - closes at 3 p.m.
• Bob Duncan Center - closes at 3 p.m.
• Eunice Activity Center - closes at 5 p.m.
• Arlington Tennis Center - closes at 5 p.m.
• All branch libraries close at 6 p.m.
