Merryhill Preschool & Elementary Donates Gifts for 125 Children

Students delivered gifts to the Fort Worth Child Protective Services' Angel Tree program

On Dec. 5, fourth, fifth and sixth grade students from Merryhill Preschool & Elementary School in Arlington delivered gifts the school collected for the Fort Worth Child Protective Services’ (CPS) Angel Tree program. Following the delivery, students helped CPS employees sort through and organize the gifts at their office. Students and their families collected toys, clothes and personal care items to benefit 125 local children in need during the holidays. This is the 29th year the school has participated in adopting angels from the program.

Fort Worth Child Protective Services is part of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. This government program works to protect children from abuse and neglect through investigations, services, foster care and adoption.
