• Fluor and Balfour Beatty Open $677M Oak Hill Parkway (constructionowners.com) — Drivers in Bee Cave now have better access to Austin thanks to the newly opened Oak Hill Parkway, which widens seven miles of U.S. 290 and SH 71 and adds new flyovers and overpasses. The project is designed to ease congestion for Bee Cave, Lakeway, and Dripping Springs commuters, while also adding shared-use paths, sidewalks, and drainage upgrades, with finishing work continuing through 2026.
