• 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony (bellaireconnect.com) — Bellaire residents are invited this morning to a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at the World Trade Center steel memorial outside the Bellaire Fire Station on Jessamine Street. Starting at 8:30 a.m., city leaders and first responders will honor victims, survivors, and emergency personnel on the 25th anniversary of the attacks.
   

• Sign up for Winter Basketball at the Bellaire Recreation Center. (bellaireconnect.com) — Families in Bellaire can now register kids for the city's Winter Basketball League at the Bellaire Recreation Center, with residents getting an earlier signup window and lower fee than non-residents. Required evaluations for ages 7–12 happen in late October, with practices starting the week of November 30 and games running from December 12 through early February.
