• Bellaire officials approve $8.2 million contract amendment related to Public Works facility renovations project (communityimpact.com) — Bellaire City Council has locked in an $8.22 million guaranteed maximum price to renovate and consolidate the city's Public Works facility on Glenmont Drive, funded by previously issued bonds. The project will create a central operations hub for public works, police impound, facilities storage, and parks field crews, replacing flood-damaged space and bringing scattered city functions back under one roof.
