• Better Together Jewish Singles Over 50 have exciting fall lineup (jhvonline.com) — Jewish singles over 50 in Bellaire have several chances this fall to gather, starting with a rescheduled Party at the Pavilion and Shabbat in the Park with Mango Punch on Oct. 23. After rain canceled an earlier Bellaire meetup, organizers quickly shifted to Jax Grill in Bellaire and are now promoting additional Shabbat celebrations and a big themed dinner-and-show nearby.
   

• 14 Houston-area restaurants added to 2026 Michelin Guide (houstonpublicmedia.org) — Bellaire's own Blood Bros BBQ on Bellaire Boulevard has been recognized in the 2026 Michelin Guide, joining a select group of Houston-area spots praised for quality and value. Several other restaurants on or near Bellaire Boulevard also made the Bib Gourmand or Recommended lists, giving local diners new options to explore close to home.
