• Faith Academy drops tough non-district matchup against Conroe Covenant (kdhnews.com) — Faith Academy Bellville's varsity football team dropped a high-scoring non-district game to Conroe Covenant but now turns its focus to a big home matchup Friday with Spring Founders that could shape the district title race. The junior high Knights, off to a 5-0 start, will kick off the evening with a 5 p.m. game before varsity takes the field at 7 p.m.
